High Precision Surface Grinders

1. Using high grade cast iron with design of best structure and through internal stress elimination to ensure the rigidity and stabilize the accuracy.
2. "M" series using "AA" grade steel balls for guide way to make operation easier and more labor saving.
3. "H" series X and Y slide way are coated with turcite-B providing stable movement and durable accuracy.
4. Using P4 precision angular contact bearing for spindle to ensure the run out within 2 Microns. Meanwhile we use cartridge design, completely sealed and lubricated, for high durability and accuracy.
5. Except for "M" series, all types may install auto.downfeed(AD4,AD5), will add more convenience grinding operation.
6. Above PFG-50 series, all each main casting parts as column, table ...adopts double wall construction to ensure the rigidity and stability during heavy grinding

Cartilever Model

1. Main castings are using high tersile cast irons, well ribbed, tempered and stress relief for best ridity and stability.
2. For column sliding way is high precisin linear guide, ball screw and servo motor drive.
3. Z axis movement is operated by a manual pulse generatop (M.P.G) unit.
4. Working table equipped with 6 step variable speed system. Its speeds can be adjusted according to the conditionsof work piece.
5. Continuous compulsory lubrication system.
6. An optional auxiliary wheel heads avilable and to be mounted on the left hand side of over-arm for versatile grinding applications.
